Spotify won't reinstall

I unistall Spotify because it was not working and when I trying to reinstall it. It's says that it can't be downloaded. I have tried everything. Restart phone, sigh out in and out of App Store and nothing works.

Please could you provide the following information:

• Phone you are using
• Operating System and version of your phone

Also, does this happen on any other apps, or is it just Spotify?
