My Question or Issue

Spotify stops playing after a few seconds under cellular. Also not showing cover pages for most playlists. It works well under WIFI though. I checked that I have enough data and data usage for Spotify is on. I have been having this issue for at least three days.

Also tried reinstalling and logging out and logging back in. Nothing works. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community and welcome.

 

You mentioned you already tried reinstalling the app, but have you also already tried a 'clean' reinstall? 
 
If you haven't, check this Spotify Answer to find out how that works for your device and operating system. It's more effective than simply reinstalling the app.

 

If the issue persists, would you mind trying the following and and letting us know if anything changes?

  • using your your Spotify account with a different internet connection (but not with the WiFi you already tried)
  •  using your Spotify account with a different device and the same internet connection you're currently trying to use your account with
