Stuck on Downgrade button and can’t logout

Stuck on Downgrade button and can’t logout

I accidentally logged in with an old account and got the message “your last payment didn’t go through …”. I am not able to dismiss this notification, nor am I able to log out of the app so that I can log back in with the correct account, which has a subscription in good standing. Any help is much appreciated.

I already tried:

Restarting the phone
Upgrading the app.
Deleting and reinstalling the app

Great that you've tried already general trouble shooting actions however, may we ask you to perform a clean reinstallation which can help get rid off all bugs from previous version? Note: after this action you'll need to re-download any downloaded music and podcasts again.


After performing the clean reinstall, try logging in to the account page of the account you're currently logged in to on your iPhone, scroll down all the way to the bottom and select Sign out everywhere.


In case the issue persists, please share a screenshot which shows how things look on your end so we can investigate further,
