Really getting quite uset at this point. I have a premium account, but both my MacBook and iPhone keep reverting to the Free. I am constantly logging out and back in and then it only reverts to premium on the 3rd or 4th try. I have created a playlist, followed all the posts about setting both to off line and waiting 5-10 minutes (waited 30 minutes) and no sync happening. Cannot see my iPhone in list of devices either. I upgraded to Premium too as I wanted to play Spotify on my Sonos System, that too does not work!

 

Please assist or tomorrow I just cancel my account, enough is enough.
