Sync failure on mobile.

Hi my name is Firoh and i have a problem with syncronizing my playlists to offline.

Brief description of the issue:

Everytime i try and switch the "available offline" button it does nothing, i dont get any grey or green arrows indicating if its in process or anything. It won't stay "available offline" either and i will have to push it everytime i leave the app. (to no avail)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. I was out on a walk and tried listening to my music but it stopped mid song with no music.(the track was still going) 
2. Naturally i tried to sync the playlist again once i was home but it didn't work so i decided to reinstall the app. After that i couldn't even sync  a track to my device. 
3. I've checked my memory (7.2 gb free) cleared the cache and reinstalled and redownloaded the app. Nothing works.

I have an Iphone 4, and the iOS 7.1.2
