Sync issues

Hi,

My spotify account won't sync any more than 11 songs to my offline mode. I have had this before and it's all becoming very frustrating.

Can you please look at this issue and repair.

I changed credit cards & my spotify account was suspended for 1 day. Since having my account restored, I can no longer
Sync my playlist to play offline. Any advice on resolving this annoying issue?
