Synced playlists keep disappearing and now so slow to recreate on latest ipad and iPhone5 as to be unusable.

I see a lot of traffic about this in 2012 but don't see much here now ... If sorted can anyone advise?

Also can't see where to make a formal contact with spotify support ... Must be missing something obvious?

Finally ... Any good alternatives to Spotify?
