Syncing music

I do not understand how to sync my songs onto spotify offline. I want to sync all my songs (around 1000) into offline mode, not just a few on a playlist so I can use them on the go without an internet connection. When I try syncing on my windows computer it only gives me the option to sync online through a playlist and when I try on my iphone it won't sync all the songs. It syncs like 3 then stops even with a stable and strong wifi connection. I'd love any help or advice. Thank you!
