Syncing with iPod Shuffle (latest model)

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help.  I have Spotify Premuium and I'd like to sync my playlists (offline) to my iPod Shuffle.  When I go to sync through spotify - I see the warning on my playlists - 'Only local files Synced.  I have made the playlists available offline, can anyone confirm that my scenrio works and what steps I'm missing.  Thanks in advance!

So there isn't any possibility to listen to my Spotify-Playlists on the iPod shuffle?
That' a pity. Please find a solution, Spotify! That's one of the main reasons I bought Premium.

Right now, there's no way to do this since Spotify doesn't support the iPod Shuffle. It should also be noted that Spotify can only support a device if the device has some kind of app store and an internet connection.

Lastly, the iPod shuffle has been discontinued (Source), so I personally don't think that any kind of support will ever be added for it.
