All local files syncing from computer except one

So I'm trying to import this wonderful album by King Crimson called In the Wake of Poseidon and I have been able to successfully transfer all of the songs except the closing song called Peace: An End. It says "Waiting to download" but it only says it for that song. I tried putting it in its own playlist and syncing that and it didn't work. I tried several other suggested corrections on the forums but those did not work either.
