The green tick on albums keeps randomly disappearing after I have liked it

The green tick on albums keeps randomly disappearing after I have liked it. I like an album by clicking the plus button, then listen to it for a bit then look back up to the top and the green tick has turned back into the plus symbol.

When I play an album that I have added to my library then green tick randomly disappears and turns back into a plus.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

To start, could try clearing cache from the app? Once it's done, try logging out and then back in again. This action should resync your account info.

Another option is to check if a clean reinstall of the app makes any difference, this will clear the saved cache as well.

If you're still having issues, can you try saving an album using another device to see it the same thing happens there?

Hello,

I have cleared the cache and totally deleted and reinstalled the app but
the problem persists. I like and album and listen to it for a little bit
and when I click off it to browse other things I go back to it and it has
been unliked (I.e. green tick disappears), however the album does seem to
still be in my library despite the tick being missing.
Very frustrating. Any ideas?

I am on iPhone SE iOS 16.6.1

Just to confirm, is this only happening on your iPhone or on other devices as well?

If this only happens on your iPhone, could you ask a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your device to see if they can replicate this behavior?
