Hi @Jj689,

Sounds like you're referring to the Canvas feature, which is a looping visual layer that replaces the album artwork in the Now Playing View on mobile. You can turn it on in Settings > Playback. Note that not all songs have a Canvas: it's up to the artist to upload it for their tracks.

If the feature was already toggled on, make sure Data Saver is disabled in the app's settings. In case that doesn't do the trick, try logging out and signing back in to your account twice in a row - this will trigger an internal refresh of the app. You can also perform a clean reinstall by following the steps in this article.
