Trouble syncing local files after switched to my iphone 5

My iphone 4 broke down so I got a Iphone5s yesterday. When I downloaded spotify none of my old local files would sync to the new Iphone5s, but new local files that were added would sync. How do I get my old local files to sync? I have tried adding and readding them and it has not worked.

So, 'Big Spender' is a new local file and it downloaded directly. The names in grey are my old local files. They will not download back to my phone.
