Two cancelled podcasts stay in my library and I have no way to remove them

Solved!

Two cancelled podcasts stay in my library and I have no way to remove them

Two podcasts, those being The Cool Videos Podcast and TheRussianBadger but on Spotify, were deleted. However, they stay as the standard grey microphone backround and I cannot interact with them in any way. When I click on them, it says "Something went wrong. Try again?"

Appreciate the cooperation @Shoulgraves!

Just to be on the same page, did you give it a test on a different device and what happens there?

If you're not seeing the podcasts on another device and it's just on the phone, then it's worth clearing any corrupted cached files which may cause different performance issues. More info on how to to so, you can find here.

Keep us posted 🙂

Hi there @Shoulgraves,

Thanks for posting here in the Community and welcome!

Could you send us a screenshot of how the Podcasts look from your side? This will help us better understand the situation. In the meantime, have you checked if you can remove them from a different device (a computer maybe) or the Web Player?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Here, thank you for your help

It didn't load so I posted it below

Hey @Shoulgraves,

Thanks for the screenshot!
This is some odd behaviour but I have a feeling the podcasts might disappear if you toggle 'Show unplayable songs' off.
The setting can be found under Settings -> Playback. It's a bit of a long shot but it's worth a try!

Keep us posted on how things go 🙂

I tried it. It didn't work, but thanks for the word

Hey there @Shoulgraves,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Could you check if you press and hold for a few seconds the podcast you're able to see these options?

If so, try tapping on Stop Following to see if they disappear from Your Library

If you can't see these options this way either, would you mind logging in to your account on a different device to check if the same happens?

We'll be on the lookout.

I have tried checked. It flickers the bottom of the menu but ultimately does nothing.
