Unable to add a song to a playlist multiple times in iOS

My Question or Issue

Ever since Spotify updated how you add music to your liked songs/playlists, I am unable to add a song to a playlist more than once. When I try, I get a message saying, "This song is already in [playlist name]." It still works on desktop but it's annoying to have to pull out my laptop to make playlists. The new system for adding music to your library is overall just a pain.

I'm unsure if there is a workaround for this or if it will need an update to fix it.

With previous versions of spotify many things were better, for example the lack of smart shuffle. However i digress.

The issue is that i cant seem to figure out how to add one song to a playlist multiple times. I like doing that, and it used to be easy to add a single song to a playlist 2, 2 or more times, even in a row. At the moment, with these checkboxes it doesnt work.

How to do it now?
