Unable to download or see my own playlist after reinstalling app

Unable to download or see my own playlist after reinstalling app

Hey my app was acting weird when it decided to stop playing songs two seconds in.

At this point i force restarted the app: same issue, still wouldnt play.

I then decided to reinstall the app which went fine from the appstore.
Upon relaunching the app I couldnt see my own playlists in recently played.
I can see them on my profile but am unable to download them.
Figuring I might have lost them forever I checked the desktop app and I could still see all my playlists without issues.

I am running the Spotify app on iOS 8.3. on an iPhone 6.

Does anyone have any other tips I could use to solve this issue???

Hey there!

No worries, we're here to help.

After reinstalling the app, the Recently Played info will clear.

Just to confirm, if you head to Your Music > Playlists, are you able to see them?

Keep us posted.

Okay I was just going to login and post.
It seems to have resolved after a few days, some playlists have duplicated but they all seem to have come back now.

Thanks alot for the reply! 😄

You're welcome!

Just to confirm, if you delete any of these duplicated playlists, what happens?

If possible, send us a screenshot of your playlist section.

We'd like to take a closer look.
