I am having trouble upgrading it won't let me go to payment. What do I do?

Can you please provide a little more info about your issue? What exactly happens when you try to upgrade to Premium at https://spotify.com/premium?

I press start premium and than I press PayPal and then it just has the rotating circle and never connects to PayPal or credit card
