Switching the setting off (in either Spotify's section or the Mobile Data section) within iOS settings to disable the use of data is getting more and sporadic.

Sometimes it stops the usage, regardless of whether Spotify is in Offline mode or not, and sometimes it doesn't.

Is there any reason for this?
