My Question or Issue

The voice search option is not available in my app. Have reinstalled, looked for microphone setting in privacy, have made sure I’m on latest iOS, nothing. A while back it seemed like the feature was still being rolled out to a remaining 10% of US users, is that still true? Can my account be expedited? I’d like to use it in combination with the shortcuts app to give me hands free options in my car.
