Volume Normalization not working properly

I've noticed that the volume normalization is not working as expected mainly when I'm playing a Radio were several songs from different artists are played and I need to adjust the volume from song to song.

When Using Spotify with my Sonos system is there a way to normalize the volume of every track with Sonos playback ? Some songs are loud and others are soft. We use this in our business and this is very bad for business.  I saw on a discussion there was an option to change this in the Settings option, but I am not able to locate this?  Please help!
