My Question or Issue

i have as many others that when i am connected to my smart tv or Bluetooth devices and i try to adjust the volume lower or higher it goes either to 0 or max! 

this problem happens to me every day and not very fun for my ears or my neighbours! Friends with iphones have same issue please fix, cheers
