My Question or Issue

I cannot control my volume on Spotify, every other app is fine with controlling audio but I can have my actual phone volume on 0% and Spotify can be blasting music at 100%, I’ve tried everything other sites have suggested such as restarting, playback, using the in-app volume slider and none of these work; I have a party later in the day and I’ll be controlling music and I really don’t want to switch to another music provider 😞

We suggest that you reinstall the app on your device (you'll need to download your tunes again). Once this process is completed, restart your device before launching Spotify again. If the issue persists, send us a short video of this, in order to check it further.
