Weird space usage measurements for iOS device.

I just noticed some insane numbers regarding the space that Spotify is using on my iPod.

Is anyone else getting weird numbers like this that are just impossible?

My iPod is a 4th Gen 8GB iPod touch - so those numbers are kind of ridiculous...

Anyone else getting a similar problem?
