When the iOS app will be updated

Hey guys I know that the iOS app have some difficulties getting updated cause of Apple.
Do we have some news about this ?
Spotify will stop pushing updates to the iOS platform ?
What it may happen ?

No update since May, no press release or blog post on the matter since the initial outburst (Talking about that: http://www.recode.net/2016/6/30/12067578/spotify-apple-app-store-rejection).

I guess Spotify's lawyers tell them to remain tight-lipped until the matter is resolved. But I'm a bit afraid it could take years given Apple initial statements and the fact they seemingly don't have much to loose here. As a paid customer for years, I find that a bit worrisome.

And just when I say that. We got an update today. (Yay)
