The only and the last thing for me: I'm watching for is a resolution to export my playlist from SPOTIFY to import erverything in DEEZER. By the way, the Mac app from DEEZER is crap. No full screen available. You can manage everything only from an icon in your menu bar in a small window. But: The web app is very comfortable.
I'm using Sporify at the moment mostly on my iPhone. T-Mobile Germany has a contract with Spotify to stream your music for free (no data volume needed).
This has gone on so long that I'm having trouble believing that this is an app development problem. Is it possible that there are music licensing issues because the iPad is considered a different category of device? Would explain the lengthy absence of Discover as well.
Always blame the lawyers!
If it isn't licensing related, I hope whoever was in charge of iPad development has been reassigned/fired.
I think the iPad isn't much popular as in 2010/2011. I'm waiting for a bigger iPhone to leave the iPad.
Yeah, this is a huge bummer for me at the moment. I hated how you used to have to make everything into a playlist in order to have it saved anywhere. Then I saw the "your music" feature on the web player and I thought FINALLY! I went through my playlists and deleted a lot of them, just adding the songs to "my music". These weren't ever lists of songs I wanted to listen to together, they were just a jumbled mess of a way to get around the fact that Spotify didn't offer a personal library, just lists. Imagine my disappointment when I realized the new library I'd just created was in no way accessible from my iPad (or my windows phone btw). And this has apparently been going on for 5 months? Come on guys. I can live with a few bumps in the upgrade road, but 5 months of paying for a premium service while the mobile experience is gimped this way is pretty bad.
@drew627: Guess who's faster. Yeah! Apple for sho. iOS 8 comes soon. 😉
Hey guys!
Accroding to a tweet from the Spotify CEO, in the future the iPhone and iPad apps will be updated together to make sure one is not left behind in features. The new iPad update is still coming soon. Currently no ETA can be given.

In case you have jailbreak, you can use RetinaPad from Cydia to use the iPhone version of the app, it works great! The bad thing is that this marvel is not free... but totally worth it. Aaaaand to make it clear, I dont want to save up work to Spotify, im a premium user and I am STILL waiting for the iPad update 😄
Yeah! Same thing in Germany. Most songs I could find on Spotify. Furthermore the iPhone app supports much more features. The best of all is the cooperation with my provider T-Mobile. I can stream over my mobile connection for free. That means I don't use my data volume.
Another Spotify ios update and still no YOUR MUSIC on the ipad.
When Qobuz comes out in the United States,I'm switching.
As ya'll told you so: I guess Spotify waited for the iPhone 6 Plus. 😄 What app versions we're able to run? Complete redisigned apps, the ones for the iPhone or iPad???
It is a top priority, in fact the new iPad update is coming soon. 😉
For real this time...
Spotify does care about your comments.
@MattSuda: How much Spotify pays you for thinking so optimistic? 😉
