Why is it I don't receive any notifications for new releases? App or mail.

Notifications are enabled. I do so for new releases etc, in the Spotify bell menu, but no notifications or emails about new releases.

It is not just isolated to their account. This system just doesn't work. No one can make it work

when an artist drop a release post a notification cause i think notification dont work good on this app i following many artist and they dropped a lot of albums and singles and i receive nothing just 1 talking about lil durk gonna drop an album but nothing when he drop **bleep** and nothing from other artist i check many time if the problem is from me: settings on my iphone delete the app settings spotify but nothing new i think the problem is not me my girlfriend and my friends dont receive notifications too

i think create something like stories like insta stories whenever an artist drop a release post it mixtape album...give info with featuring on the album and concert festival tour apparence in an other album an other things about music and news about the industry i think this can be really good cause i see what you tryna do with this but your stories just posting cover and its all and this part is bugged too
