Why is not every playlist like the "Deep House Relax" playlist"?

I noticed that the Deep House Relax playlist is the only one where the album covers are shown in the list. Thias is the only feature I'm missing from Apple Music at Spotify. Why isn't that feature available in all playlists - at least as an option? Why is this particular playlist different than all others?
