Why is smart shuffle breaking my queue?

The feature smart shuffle is breaking my queue, making it impossible to listen to music. When I turn the feature on, no song queues up. It’s happening on all my playlists and I’ve already tried logging out and redownloading the app.

This is also happening to me, I tried reinstalling the app multiple times but the issue still remains. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Just to confirm, have you tried following these specific steps to reinstall the app? 

 

If so, would you mind sending us a short screen recording of the issue happening so we can take a closer look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).


Lastly, could you let us know the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your devices?
