Won't download offline, ipdad

I am very frustrated with this. It will download on my iPhone 4S, but not my ipdad. Plenty of space, etc.

Do you get any error messages? Try the troubleshooting tips and post the template information if you still have problems.

No error message. It just spins and doesn't download.

If you haven't done so already, could you take a look at the troubleshooting post and do a clean reinstall.
