Wrong language on spotify mobile

My Question or Issue

My ios device is in norwegian but the spotify is in catalan/spain. I have never been in spain with this device and everything is in spanish. The ads are still norwegian. I have tried deleting the app, restarting my device, changing the country on the device and contacting spotify.

Just to double check could you make sure you perform all the steps here:

Then please check out this Spotify Answer for the next steps to take.

If after performing the steps here it still remains in catalan let me know. Along with what support channel you used before to report your issue.
