been logged out because it's being used somewhere else.

So, this is happening all of the time after the latest updates.  Happening on pc, ipad, and iphone, even when the software is only running on one of them at a time.  I found a thread saying that if I go to my account, I can Signout Everywhere, so I tried that.  I then logged back using Facebook, and then got the same error 30 seconds later.  So I went and changed my Facebook password, Signed out Everywhere, and logged back in, same thing.  Tried the whole process again only this time using my regular account username and password, instead of logging in with Facebook, same thing.

When you are logged out, a message appears or something? its says nothing and you have to enter again your credentials?
