behind the lyrics does not work

My Question or Issue

 Behind the lyrics stop showing in my app, im already reinstalling the app, and the lyrics come back but when you close and open spotify again its just dissapear, i dont disable anything, it happens now that i submit the premium again, i really like the content of genius.

Keep in mind that this feature is only available for certain songs and tracks. You can learn more about viewing lyrics by checking out this support article.

so, the lyrics isn’t available for any song, when i reinstalling the app it
appears, and if i close the app it just turn off, i’m already try to swipe
or touch de cover of the album and nothing, and try to disconnect all my
devices, etc, and none of this work

Behind the lyrics isn't available offline. When this happens again, are you able to search for other music, or use any feature that requires you to be online?

Also, does this happen when you switch networks between Wifi/3G/4G etc?

You can also provide me a screenshot so that I can take a look. Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
