can't sync starred list to iphone

how do I sync my starred list to my iphone?  Some of them got synced as if by magic and then I get a message on my computer "it's paused syncing...".  ps.  I really don't know my way aaround the computer so be gentle.

I am going to move your post into the iOS section, since this sounds like an iPhone issue. 

Are you following the instructions here to sync your device? Also are those tracks you are trying to sync songs from Spotify or do you own those tracks as mp3's (you own them)? Also, is your phone going to sleep or anything during the sync?
