help, please!

I'm on an iPhone 11 and have the latest operating system (which I updated yesterday) and I have deleted and reinstalled the Spotify app.

About a week ago, I was working out and I noticed songs would suddenly skip. (I assumed my hand had brushed against the controls and didn't think much of it.) But it kept happening. Today, I was walking in the park and a second after I launched the app and a playlist, it played maybe half a song and I'd start to walk and it would skip.

Also, I have fully shutdown and closed the app, but it would somehow come on and play.

Not sure if this is connected, but when I would try to take back control of it, the "Voice Controls" prompt would sometimes come up.

Help!
