how to allow spotify while disabling play store and safari on ipod touch

The Content and Privacy Restrictions settings in Ipod Touch disables Spotify. Is there away to select these restrictions while allowing Spotify to remain?

In the list of apps in the Restrictions section in the Settings app make sure the toggle is green for Spotify which will allow the usage of it even when restrictions are enabled.
