iOS Scrubber not responsive

Brief description of the issue: The scrubber (track progress bar) on the iOS lock-screen is not responsive to user input 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Begin audio playback
2. Lock device
3. Wake device, but do not unlock
4. Try to change track postion by adjusting the scrubber - no response

What steps you’ve tried already:

Your device and operating system (e.g. iPhone 5, iOS 8): iPhone 6+, iOS 9.3.2

Type of Spotify account you have (Free or Premium): Premium

The app version of Spotify you’re using: 5.7.0.1055

Hey! Thanks for your nice and clear report. However due to iOS limitations it's not possible to use the scrubber on the lockscreen. A workaround is holding the fast-forward button. I'm sorry about this.
