iPhone and iPad playslists not matching up

iPhone and iPad playslists not matching up

Hi, 

 

My offline playlists for my iPhone and iPad have recently stopped syncing with one another. For example, when I add tracks to an offline playlist on my iPhone it doesn't update the same playlist on my iPad automatically. The same goes for removing tracks from the playlist on one device. Until recently, my playlists on my devices updated automatically without difficulty. 

 

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the Spotify app on both devices and I have the latest version of software running on each device. Has anyone ever encountered this problem before?

Have you already tried to just wait for a few hours so Spotify can process it?  

Spotify had lots of users so sometimes things can have a little delay. 

Several days have passed and the playlists are still different from one another on my iPhone and iPad. 

Have you already to tried to logout and login afterwards? Sometimes something simple as this already fixes the problem.
