Hi there,
Welcome at the Spotify Community!
I suggest you to save your playlist for offline use (by switching 'Offline' to on), this way Spotify doesn't need to load anything.
The only thing is that you'll need to have an premium subscription.
As I was saying, my entire Your Music library disappeared. Offline or not, doesn't matter. My Your Music library becomes empty. The only way to get it back is to reinstall the app. I already have a premium subscription.
Hey there,
It looks like your account has been duplicated. You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form.
If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

My community account or my spotify account? Or is that the same thing?
Jordi means your Spotify account is duplicated.
The Spotify Consumer team can manually fix that if you get in touch with them via the information in the reply from Jordi.
Those accounts are connected 🙂 When you click at link from my previous post it should be all ok.
