Cant sync ipod shuffle with my spotify

Spotify app does not launch on iPhone 5s (iOS 8.0.2)

My spotify does not launch anymore since iOS 8.0.2. got installed on my iPhone 5s. Deleting the app, downloading it again, turning my phone on and off again did not solve the problem.
