iPod Offline?

I have an iPod Touch. It is not the newest one. I have not bought Spotify, but I am about to. However, if it will not work in offline mode on a non iPhone, on my iPod, I don't want to buy it. Please let me know if I will for sure be able to listen to songs when my iPod is out of range of Wifi.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If it can run iOS 5 or above, then you can use the main Spotify application which supports offline playlists. 

There is a legacy client for iOS 4, but I am not sure of its functionality! I would imagine it does support offline content.
