playlists disappeared

my spotify changed to spanish so I tried to delete the app, and when I logged in my playlists were gone and I can't make new ones.. I click on create but it doesn't work

What happened: You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.

What to do: To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address.
