tuve la cuenta en premium, se cancelo la tarjeta la recuera y volvi a pagar spotify hace un mes y sigo sin tener la cuenta en premium, ya sali y entre, lo desinstale y volvi a instalar y no paso nada

En este caso, ¿podrías verificar si recibiste el comprobante de pago por parte de Spotify en tu correo electrónico? De no ser así, te recomendamos volver a intentar procesar el pago nuevamente.
