quality issue

Hello everybody,

First of all I wish to say that I am French , which explains my poor level of English writing .

I often download albums or playlists in offline on my phone.
This allows me to include listening to music by car.

Music offline , I downloaded this as "normal" .

I wanted to know if , when I run my playlist or my album while I'm connected to wifi and it has been downloaded to offline , is that this is the streaming quality or offline quality that applies ?

Specifically my question is: if I downloaded a song off line as "normal" is that I have a way (other than delete ) to listen as "High" (the same song)?
