"30 minutes of ad free music" video won't play

My Question or Issue

 Everytime I turn on Spotify, after a few songs I get the "Want a break from the ads? Watch this short video to recieve 30 minutes of ad free music." I click on watch video and instead of showing me the video it goes straight to playing the next song. After that song, it plays a round of ads. Any suggestions?

Your case sounds quite weird. The only case I can associate with this is you pressing the “NO THANKS” button at the bottom of the want a break from the ads ad. By pressing that button you dont watch the full ad anymore, however, you dont get 30 minutes of ad free music.

That is definitely not the issue. I know I sound like I am crazy but I just watched myself click "Watch Video"

Try it again, I know it might sound absurd, and this is definetely a big
issue. But it really sounds like what would happen if you pressed the NO
THANKS button at the bottom of the advertisement. Try it again and if that
dosent work, we can find other ways to resolve this issue.
