With Spark free Spotify premium your Spotify should of renew by it self if it has not you could try going to the Spark get Spotify page on Sparks website if that also does not work try giving spark a call on 0800 800 123

I just went to the $19 plan on spark which means I get Spotify Premium for free. I went through the process of putting my number in and linking my Spotify account and that was fine but now I've realised that my account isn't premium and hasn't been for the past week or so! How do I fix this?
