I simply cannot find settings on my iphone app.  There are no horizontal lines in the top left or anyhwhere else.  HELP!!

Try these steps: Open Spotify app > Tap Your Library > Tap Settings (gear icon).

there should be a little tool button on the right hand side of the top corner when you click on Your Library.
