I have money on my itunes account, and I realize that you can no longer purchase spotify through the app store, but I was wondering if there was any way I could purchase spotify premium using the credit in my Itunes account?

Unfortunately not. Spotify has discontinued Premium subscriptions via iTunes some time ago.
