spotify syncing the playlists all the time

i already synced the playlists to work on offline mode , but everytime i'm launching the app , it syncing again

why is that?

Is it resyncing all of the tracks each time you relaunch the application?

that's because i'm listening to spotify via pc and iphone ?

No, you should be able to use it on both! 

Is this behaviour consistant across both devices? There does appear to be an issue with offline content on the desktop application which I have already escalated to the community team.

What option do you have set for the sync quality in the app's settings?

Normal

Sync over 2G/3G Off

Could you try another quality? (It sounds like you're syncing over wifi too, so data charges shouldn't matter - I hope)

and also i noticed that when the iphone is resyncing the playlists it getting stuck sometimes , why is that?
