First up, let us know if you can log in to your Account Overview page, or if you get the same error message from there. Make sure to also give it a try using a private browser
In addition, you should also check if the app has all the necessary permissions enabled from your device's settings. Also, make sure you disable any cache-clearing apps and battery optimization settings.
Let us know how that goes.
I am able to log in to the Account Overview on my laptop. But a browser on my iPhone won't reach the site. I tried both Safari and Chrome. I also tried using an incognito tab. Once again I deleted the app and reinstalled and got the same problem. I've checked to make sure data is enabled for the app. I don't see any weird battery or cache settings. Not having a problem with any other app, just Spotify!

Are your cellular and WiFi connections by any chance both from the same provider? Regardless, please try a different one and let us know how it goes.

My Question or Issue
Hey everyone. I just received the new Iphone 16pro, I've been trying to login to spotify since last night and I keep receiving and offline error to login. My previous phone was in offline mode before I switched to the new phone. I've tried all the different login type (facebook, gmail, and entering login info), I've reset the app and phone, I verified data in settings is turned on, I've reset my password, and used login without password (The hyperlink button always says the link is expired, but the written out link works and has me change my password). I'm not utilizing a VPN.
I've even logged in to my computer and toggled between offline/online. Nothing so far has worked. Has anyone else had this issue or any other solutions?
