syncing iphone with spotify on computer

Hi,

I have just got spotify premium. I can't seem to sync my iphone with my computer, when  I plug it in, under devices it does not come up with anything. 

I'm not sure when I first signed up to spotify if I registered it as a divice, how do I register my iphone as a offline device?
